FAQ

Do you require a deposit to book the date?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit of the wedding day total along with a contract to reserve the date.

How soon in advance can we book our date?

We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance. Holidays and weekends in May and October can book up more quickly than others. Don’t hesitate to reserve your date!

Can you hold a date without a deposit and contract?

No. Due the to the high volume of inquiries we receive every day we cannot hold a date without a solid booking.

Do you have travel fees?

If your location is over 20 miles from Asheville there will be a travel fee calculated depending on the location.

Are you available for destination weddings outside of Asheville/NC?

Yes! Certain artists and stylists are available to travel to your destination wedding as long as all travel fees are covered by the client.

Can your team service large bridal parties?

Yes. As long as the wedding is booked far enough in advance, we can reserve enough artists and stylists to accommodate large bridal parties.

Do you have a minimum of services to book?

For weekend bookings we do have a minimum of 3-4 people required per artist/stylist booked. The minimum depends on the artist/stylist desired.

Do you offer traditional makeup as well as airbrush?

We specialize in airbrush makeup, but we do offer traditional makeup as well if that is preferred by the client.

Is there a difference in rates for traditional versus airbrush makeup?

No, because the time and product needed for both applications are the same, there is not a change in rates depending on which application you prefer.

What products do you use in your makeup kit?

We use a wide variety of professional products. Including, but not limited to: Temptu Airbush, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Urban Decay, Senegence (Lipsense), and other high end products.

Do we need to bring any of our personal makeup?

That is not necessary, unless you have something in particular you are wanting to use. We supply a wide variety of products in our kits to fit any skin tone or comfort level.  

Do you prefer hair to be clean or dirty for the day of services?

We prefer the hair to be washed and dried unless you are just wanting a blowout/style, in which case it just needs to be washed.

Can your stylists apply extensions?

Yes, our stylist can apply clip in extensions that our brought in by the client. A fee will be added for the extra service.

Can we bring in inspiration photos for makeup and hair styles?

Yes, we do love when you bring in inspiration photos for makeup and hair. This helps give us an idea of what your style is and what you may be hoping for. Just keep in mind that everyone's face, skin, and hair are unique. Completed makeup and hair styles will be a customized service for each individual we work with.
